small room slamming doors
The room was really small! At night, doors slammed often. That was annoying. The gym and pool felt far from my room, too inconvenient for a quick workout.

lovely touch helpful staff necessary amenities
The room featured Sky TV. It added a lovely touch. The staff were helpful. The hotel provided all necessary amenities. I lacked for nothing.
The WiFi signal was weak. It impacted work I needed to do.

Some Issues Noted
broken bed empty bottles
The bed broke as soon as I got in it. Reception could do little at midnight so we couldn't use the bedroom for over half the next day. A third of my holiday was not restful at all. The restaurant chairs also had issues. Their arms lifted when we moved them. Product bottles in the shower were empty, left like that until we asked for refills..
